By participating in any activity associated with Snake Rescue Organization, including rescue operations, training, transport, or awareness programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
1. Acknowledgement of Risk
You understand that wildlife rescue activities involve inherent risks including injury, illness, animal bites, accidents, or death.
2. Voluntary Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown.
3. Release of Liability
You release and hold harmless Snake Rescue Organization, its trustees, members, volunteers, and representatives from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from participation.
4. Medical Responsibility
You are responsible for your own medical fitness, insurance, and treatment. The Organization does not provide medical coverage.
5. Compliance with Instructions
Failure to follow safety instructions or guidelines may result in immediate removal from activities.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend the Organization against claims arising from your actions, negligence, or violation of policies.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
This Waiver is governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies with courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
