These Membership Terms govern all membership registrations, renewals, participation, and conduct associated with Snake Rescue Organization (“Organization”, “We”, “Us”). By applying for or holding a membership, you agree to the terms below.
1. Membership Nature
Membership with Snake Rescue Organization is a voluntary association intended to support wildlife rescue, conservation, awareness, and related activities. Membership does not imply employment, authority, or legal agency.
2. Eligibility & Approval
Membership approval is at the sole discretion of the Organization. The Organization reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate any membership without providing reasons.
3. Membership Fees
All membership fees, including registration, renewal, upgrade, or administrative charges, are non-refundable and governed by the Refund Policy.
Non-participation, inactivity, suspension, or termination does not entitle the member to any refund.
4. Member Conduct
Members must act responsibly and ethically at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorized snake handling or rescue attempts
- Misrepresentation of authority or role
- Use of the Organization’s name for personal gain
- Violation of wildlife laws or safety guidelines
5. Training & Activities
Participation in training, rescues, or field activities is voluntary and may involve inherent risks. Members participate at their own risk and responsibility.
6. Suspension & Termination
The Organization may suspend or terminate membership immediately for:
- Violation of policies or laws
- Unsafe or unethical behavior
- Misuse of name, identity, or resources
- Conduct damaging to the Organization’s reputation
7. No Liability
Snake Rescue Organization shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in membership activities, training, or events.
8. No Transfer or Assignment
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Rights or privileges cannot be assigned or shared.
9. Modification of Membership Terms
The Organization reserves the right to amend these Membership Terms at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Membership Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
