This Volunteer Agreement governs participation with Snake Rescue Organization (“Organization”). By volunteering, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Voluntary Participation
Volunteering is entirely voluntary and does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
2. Eligibility
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old or have written consent from a legal guardian.
3. Code of Conduct
Volunteers must:
- Follow instructions of authorized rescuers or coordinators
- Comply with wildlife laws and safety guidelines
- Not attempt unauthorized rescue or handling
- Maintain respectful and ethical behavior
4. Training & Authorization
Only trained and authorized volunteers may participate in rescue operations. The Organization reserves the right to restrict participation at any time.
5. No Compensation
Volunteers are not entitled to wages, benefits, insurance, or reimbursement unless expressly stated in writing.
6. Suspension or Termination
The Organization may suspend or terminate volunteer participation without notice for safety, legal, or conduct-related reasons.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
