Spectaclepectac cobra can be found throughout India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and southern Nepal it is also recorded in Afghanistan and Bhutan.
Highly venomous, with neurotoxic venom affecting the nervous system.
Hatchlings are around 20 to 30 centimeters long.
